TransSport is a company born in Barcelona and we thought it appropriate to interact with one of the biggest sporting events in this city, to make ourselves known and to be able to offer our different services of bicycle transport to the almost 4000 triathletes who participated in the Garmin Triathlon Barcelona 2015 that came from The Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and different countries of the European Community. Also came a few participants from the United States and other parts of the world who could not benefit from our services.

Our intention was to give the start of the media out before the summer, which is the time that concentrate a greater number of sporting events. In the 2015 edition, Garmin Barcelona Triathlon changed its date, from the usual month of October to June 21, the first day of summer and, as it could not be otherwise, its motto was “Llega el Verano, #YohagolaGarmin”.

Mario Mola was able to claim to be the champion of the Garmin Barcelona Triathlon for the second time in his career thus adding a new victory to the one achieved in 2013. Mola, who arrived as a clear favorite to the test, at this moment, he was 2nd in the international ranking, and demonstrated again the extraordinary potential of his running on foot and controlled that stretch gradually taking off his opponents.

In the women’s category, finally the Spanish Carolina Routier took the battle before the Australian Natalie Van Coevorden and Anna Godoy to achieve its first victory in the Garmin Barcelona Triathlon.
