What type of electric bike can I send with the TransSport delivery service?
It can be whether an electric city bike, a foldable bike, a mountain bike or a road bike, we can transport it wherever you tell us to in Europe.
How is it transported and how long does it take?
In order to guarantee the bike’s security, we choose ground shipments, and what is even better is that you can follow your shipping thanks to our tracking service.
The process is very simple:
- You enter our website and fill out the budget request form, where you indicate us the type of bike you have, the dates of travel (departure and return or round trip) as well as the collection and delivery places for the bike; it can be your home, a hotel… This step doesn’t take more than 2 minutes. - Once the quote is approved and the payment is done, we send you our special packaging so you can prepare your bike.

Concerning the shipping time of the bike, it will depend on the destination, if it is national or international. Expect two to three days for a national destination and five to six days if it is a European destination (European Union, Norway and Switzerland). How do I have to hand the bike in order to ensure its safety?
You will have to give us your bike packed. If ever you don’t have the packaging or if you don’t know how to disassemble your biken, tell us and we will do our best to provide you a technical support. We recommend you to protect your bike with bubble wrap. You can leave the battery in place and you will need to protect separately the charger of the electric bike.
Can I send some accessories with the bike?
Inside the packaging, if you want, you can also introduce your helmet, cycling shoes and containers without liquids.
Are there shipping limitations concerning the size and weight of the bike?
We can send any type of electric bike, mountains bike, road bike, city bike… except electric tandems because of their big size.
